RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Cherry on Top, we want you to love what you order. Here's our policy:

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition.

To start a return:
- Email us at byfabibolivar@gmail.com with your order number
- Include photos of the item
- Tell us the reason for the return

We'll respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos of the issue
- We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
- We can't accept returns for "changed my mind" reasons on custom items
- Returns are only accepted for quality issues or errors on our part

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during promotional periods may be final sale (we'll note this clearly at checkout).
